Chinese new year holiday also called spring festival,as we all know it is the most important holiday in one year to every chinese.The meaning of it is reunion,share harvest and welcome new year.

Part one of custom----couplet

The day before new year,people will stick couplet on door,years ago,couplet even writen by themselves.Couplet must be in red color and three parts,right side couplet and left side couplet rhyme,streamer is the key of couplet.

Part two of custom---Firecrkackers

There is a store,long long ago,a monster called"nian"always snatch food,water and clothing on the end of year (harvest day),everyone so scare and suffering,To get peace and happy lifes,people use firecrkackers drive monster,finally they successed and firecrkackers be our custom after they win.o(∩_∩)o

Part three of custom---dragon

Chinese culture thought we are a dragon country,on this haverst and happy day,if dragon will come to every family,how nice! Yes,you are right,that dream come ture and dragon come to every family to offer new year wishes, Actually,the dragon should called "dragon team", it made of young who wear clothes,which looks like dragon.
